Daily Attack Plan · The morning plan

Start the day knowing where to focus.

Syntri turns the territory into a realistic plan for the next block: who to work, why the timing matters, which evidence supports it, and what action comes next.

For the first hour of a BDR’s day, when the question is where to start. Included on Plus, Pro and Ultra.

One account, through the day

Less deciding. More deliberate work.

Explore how evidence, a reviewable plan, and focused execution fit together.

Illustrative example: Meridian’s morning · Fictional account · No live changes

Step 01 · Account evidence

Start with a reason.

In this fictional example, Meridian’s product announcement makes it worth another look. Verify the source and account fit before adding it to the day.

The source supports the event. You decide whether it is relevant.

Keep the evidence. Question the implication.

Step 02 · Ranked plan

Give the account a place.

Consider Meridian for the ranked queue against the time you have. Keep the accounts that deserve a working block; remove those that do not.

Illustrative progression: an account is considered for a morning calling block.

Step 03 · Account brief

Keep the why close.

Inspect the account brief and the evidence behind the suggested angle. Use it to prepare a relevant opener before starting the block.

Review the brief before treating a hypothesis as a fact.

Step 04 · Focused execution

One account. Your full attention.

Blitz keeps account context and the conversation guide together. Session state supports starting, pausing, resuming, and completing the block.

You make the call and record the outcome. The queue does not dial for you.

BMBlitz Mode

Work the queue without losing the context.

When the block starts, Blitz keeps the current account, its evidence, and a suggested opener together, so research does not restart between calls.

  • One account at a time, with the reason to call in view.
  • Session pace and activity totals stay visible.
  • Log the outcome before moving to the next account.

  • A plan sized for the available block.

The queue is meant to be completed, not admired. Reps choose the sales motion and review a bounded set of accounts before starting.

  • Context travels with the account.

Signal evidence, fit, recent activity, and the suggested angle remain visible instead of being reconstructed across tabs.

  • Outcomes change tomorrow.

A meeting, rejection, corrected signal, or scheduled follow-up becomes new context for the territory and the next plan.

Human review

You stay in control of the queue.

Syntri prepares

  • A ranked queue sized for the block you choose
  • The why-now brief and evidence for each account
  • A suggested next action and opener

You decide

  • Which accounts stay in the queue
  • The order you work and when you rebuild
  • What you say and which outcomes you log

FAQ

The plan supports seller judgment.

What is a Daily Attack Plan?

A Daily Attack Plan is a limited, ranked queue of the accounts and actions most relevant to the seller’s available working block. It includes the reason, evidence, contact, and next action.

Can a rep change the plan?

Yes. The plan is reviewable. Reps can inspect the reason, move or remove accounts, and rebuild when new information changes the priority.

Does the plan replace the CRM?

No. The plan is an execution layer that helps the rep decide what to do next while preserving account and activity context.
