Your territory rules. Every rep’s next move.

Organize account coverage, prepare every seller’s day and keep qualification context moving from BDR to AE to manager, in one system. Parts run in Teams workspaces today; the rest is labelled as in development or planned.

Teams is not self-service and has no published price. Individual Plus, Pro and Ultra plans are unchanged.

What Teams does

One system, from territory rules to every rep’s day.

Every hire, departure and reorganization restarts the territory spreadsheet, and every handoff loses context. Teams brings that work into one place. Here is all of it at a glance; each part is labelled with what exists today.

    Handoffs

The meeting arrives with its reasoning.

One packet of evidence travels from BDR to AE to manager. Every decision stays with a named person, and nothing is created in your CRM. Press play, or pick a stage.

    BDR

The BDR captures what the conversation established.

Evidence, the qualification fields your organization requires, what is still unknown and the proposed next step.

The BDR decides it is ready to submit.

    BDR → AE

The packet goes to the paired AE.

The meeting and its context arrive together, so the AE does not reconstruct the account from a calendar invite.

Submission starts the AE’s response clock.

    AE

The AE reviews the context and open questions.

The AE sees what was observed, what was established and what is unknown, against the qualification criteria.

Accept, reject with a reason, or ask for more information.

    AE → BDR

A specific question goes back to the BDR.

Instead of a silent rejection, the AE asks for what is missing, here the budget owner, and the packet returns with the question attached.

    The BDR answers and resubmits.

    AE

The AE accepts and owns the next step.

Acceptance is an explicit, attributable decision. The context stays attached for the first meeting.

Ownership of the next step is clear.

    Manager

The manager sees status, timing and patterns.

Which handoffs are on time, at risk or overdue, and which rejection reasons repeat, as material for coaching.

Coaching starts from the work, not a total.

Teams evaluationAccept, reject and needs-info decisions, response tracking and SQO criteria exist for Teams workspaces; a configurable Qualification Contract is planned. Illustrative workflow with a synthetic account: no opportunity or CRM entry is created.

    Human approval boundary

    You

    State a bounded goal.

A person describes what to prepare and the limits: which accounts, how many, which channels, and what it may spend.

    Produces
A mission request with explicit scope.
    Boundary
Nothing starts until the request is in scope.

    Example request

Prepare first-touch drafts for three Tier 2 logistics accounts in my territory that changed leadership this quarter.

    • 3 accounts max
    • Email + LinkedIn
    • Spend limit set
    • My territory only

    Navigator

Turn the goal into a readable plan.

Navigator interprets the request and lays out the approved steps, so you can see what will happen before it runs.

    Produces
A step-by-step plan with estimated cost.
    Boundary
Requests outside policy are declined, not improvised.
    1. 1Select candidates from your territory against the ICP
    2. 2Research leadership change and supporting evidence
    3. 3Identify one relevant person per account
    4. 4Prepare one email and one LinkedIn draft each
    5. 5Check evidence, policy and cost, then queue for review

    Scout + Analyst

    Find candidates. Gather the evidence.

    Finder

    Identify the right people.

Finder looks for relevant people through permitted sources and labels how far each contact detail is verified.

    Produces

    Writer

Prepare drafts grounded in the evidence.

Writer prepares email and LinkedIn drafts that rely on the recorded evidence, for a person to edit.

    Produces
Editable drafts that cite what they use.
    Boundary

    Auditor + You

Check the work. Then a person decides.

Auditor checks evidence quality, constraints, policy and cost, and flags anything that is not ready. You approve, edit or discard each draft.

    Produces
A review queue with every flag explained.
    Boundary

    Teams questions

    Before you scope an evaluation.

    Is Syntri Teams available today?

Teams workspaces exist and are being evaluated with a small number of teams. Teams is not generally available and cannot be bought online. Each capability on these pages carries its current status: Available today, Teams evaluation, In development, Planned or Concept.

    How is Teams priced?

Teams pricing is discussed directly with Syntri as part of a scoped evaluation, because it depends on the workflow, roles and seats involved. Individual Plus, Pro and Ultra plans keep their published prices.

Does Syntri change territories or CRM records by itself?

No. ATLAS can model a rebalancing scenario and an authorized manager can assign an owner; executing a rebalance is not enabled. Consequential changes are designed to require a human decision, and no CRM record is changed by Syntri today.

Do AI agents act without approval?

No. Ask Syntri answers questions with authorized workspace information. Syntri Command missions are in development and are designed to prepare work for human review, with explicit approvals and no autonomous sending.

    How does a rollout work?

It starts with your rules and your data, not a generic setup: a territory rules workshop, a data-readiness review, configuration of the agreed workflow, a first reviewable plan, team activation and a baseline review. Timing and terms are agreed before work begins.
