Syntri Ramp · Coaching Hub

Onboarding that happens in the real work. Coaching that starts from it.

New reps move from ICP and product to territory, research, practice, outreach and qualification, inside the same workflow they will use every day. Managers coach from what the rep actually did.

Readiness · new repFictional

  1. Explains the ICP in their own words
  2. Passed product certification
  3. Knows who owned each starting account
  4. Researched three accounts with evidence
  5. Rehearsed the opener and two objections
  6. Submitted a first handoff for review
Illustrative milestones · No ramp-time claim. Readiness milestones are Planned.

Coaching Hub

Better context for more useful feedback.

Coaching works when it starts from something concrete: the account a rep chose, the evidence they used, the draft they wrote. No invented performance scores, and privacy boundaries that are set, not assumed.

Rep context and coaching actions Teams evaluation

Review supported rep activity and record what was agreed, so the next conversation continues the last one.

Private coaching notes Teams evaluation

Manager notes and rep scorecards, private to the manager by design. Broader visibility is a workspace policy decision.

1-on-1 preparation Teams evaluation

Shared preparation for manager and rep, so the meeting is about the work rather than status updates.

Goals Teams evaluationOn eligible Teams plans

Team goals set and tracked beside the work, as a frame for coaching rather than a scoreboard.

Questions

Ramp and coaching questions.

Is Syntri a learning management system?

No. Teams workspaces include training modules, quizzes, certificates and learning paths, but the intent is learning through the real sales workflow, not a generic course library.

Will Syntri shorten our ramp time?

We do not publish ramp-time figures. A structured path and visible milestones can make readiness easier to judge; whether it changes your ramp time is something to measure against your own baseline.

Who can read coaching notes?

Coaching notes are private manager notes. Who else may read them is a workspace policy confirmed during the evaluation, not a default that exposes every note to every manager.

What exists today for coaching?

In Teams workspaces: Coaching Hub with rep context and coaching actions, private coaching notes and rep scorecards, 1-on-1 preparation, and team goals on eligible Teams plans.

Does Practice Room count as training?

Practice Room is part of the individual rep workflow, with voice practice on Pro and Ultra. In a ramp path it is where call practice happens; assigned training modules are a Teams capability.
