For sales managers · Teams evaluation
See where the team needs attention.
Activity totals tell you how busy the team was. They rarely tell you which accounts nobody is covering, where two reps tell different stories, or what a coaching conversation should be about. Start with those questions.

Three accounts show no recent activity.A coverage question, not a verdict: the account may be paused on purpose. Ask before you move anything.
Two accounts have two owners.Shared ownership is where follow-ups fall between people. Agree one owner per account.
Three moments worth a conversation. Each one starts from the work itself: a draft, a call, a missed step. Not from an activity total.
Three reps’ needs, three different paths.Assigned training modules are a Team workflow topic; voice practice on individual plans is separate.
Territory visibility
Coverage is a management question before it is a metric.
Define the questions first, then evaluate the territory and coaching views against them.
- Which accounts are nobody’s priority right now?Not every quiet account is a problem; you need to know which ones are.
- Where do two reps think they own the same account?Shared ownership is where follow-ups go missing.
- Why did a rep put this account first today?A priority you can see the reason for is a priority you can coach.
- What does a new rep need before their first block?Assignments, context and practice, in that order.
Coverage and ownership
Review distribution. Decide the change yourself.
ATLAS distribution and signal analysis, Bird Eye and Whitespace Finder are manager surfaces to evaluate. They can inform how accounts are spread; they do not move accounts. Rebalancing is a conversation and a decision by an authorized person.
ATLAS territory analysis
Distribution and signal analysis across the team’s accounts, as input for a coverage discussion.
Evaluation topicBird Eye
A manager overview for spotting questions across the territory.
Evaluation topicWhitespace Finder
Coverage-gap analysis for discussing where accounts are thin.
Evaluation topicAccount reassignment
An authorized manager can assign an individual owner. Rules-based reassignment proposals with approvals are planned, and nothing moves on its own.
Planned
Coaching
Coach the work, not the activity count.
A useful coaching conversation starts from something concrete the rep did: the account they chose, the evidence they used, the draft they wrote. Coaching Hub, rep context and handoff review are the topics to scope; reporting periods and account details available to managers are confirmed in the evaluation.
- Start fromThe account the rep put firstNorthstar: strong evidence, a rushed opener.
- AskWhat made it the top priority?Let the rep explain the reason before you judge it.
- Look atThe draft and the callWas the opener built on the evidence, or on a template?
- AgreeOne thing to try next blockSmall enough to practice, specific enough to check.
Onboarding and handoffs
New reps need assignments, context and practice, in that order.
Assignments
Which accounts a new rep starts with, and who owned them before.
To evaluate: team membership and account scope for new reps.
Training paths
Assigned training modules and learning paths for the team.
Team-only topic. Individual voice practice is a separate, plan-based feature. Training organization does not establish a measured reduction in ramp time.
Qualified meetings
What should accompany a meeting from BDR to AE: evidence, what was established, open questions, next step and owner.
Team-level value
Less time reconstructing. More time deciding.
The friction managers describe is mostly administrative: assembling a coverage picture by hand, asking reps to re-explain an account, rebuilding context after a handoff. The aim is to make those answers easier to reach, so one-on-ones can be about the work.
We do not publish time-saving or pipeline figures. Agree in the evaluation what you will look at, and judge it on your own team’s process.
Scope and evaluation
What to evaluate for your managers.
Teams access is arranged with Syntri after an agreed evaluation. It is not a self-service plan, and individual Plus, Pro and Ultra purchases do not grant team roles.

Manager questions
Before you scope the evaluation.
Does Syntri reassign accounts between reps?
No automatic reassignment is represented. Territory analysis can inform a conversation; any change in ownership is a human decision, and the actions available in your workspace are confirmed during the evaluation.
Will Syntri clean up our CRM?
No. CRM cleanup is not offered. Your CRM stays the system of record, and the evaluation agrees what Syntri reads and what people approve.
Are ATLAS and Bird Eye available today?
They exist in the product as manager surfaces, but availability for your team is not established by this page. Eligible plan, manager role, account scope and supported views are confirmed with Syntri before access.
Can Syntri tell me how much time my team will save?
We do not publish time-saving figures. The evaluation is the place to agree what you will look at, such as how often context is rebuilt at a handoff, and to judge it on your own process.
