CRM health · Concept
A cleaner working record. No blind AI overwrites.
The proposed workflow finds what looks wrong, explains why, proposes a correction with its source and waits for an authorized decision. This is a concept; no CRM write-back exists today.

Questions
CRM questions, answered plainly.
Does Syntri clean up our CRM today?
No. CRM hygiene is a concept. Today Syntri can import accounts from CSV, and from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive where a connection is configured. It does not write back to your CRM.
Would AI overwrite our records?
No. The proposed workflow detects and explains a likely problem, proposes a correction with its source, and waits for an authorized person to approve it. Applying a change would require separately certified, permission-scoped CRM write access.
Which system stays the record of truth?
Your CRM. Syntri reads what you approve and, in the proposed workflow, prepares reviewable corrections. Ownership and authority over the record stay with your team.
How would we know why a change was proposed?
Every proposed correction would show the current value, the proposed value, the source, a review status and the human decision, so the reasoning is preserved alongside the change.
Can we limit who approves corrections?
Approval roles are part of the intended design: corrections would route to the record owner or to RevOps according to your policy. Policy and approval workflows are Planned.
