Syntri Engage · Optional

Keep your engagement tools. Add certified execution when it fits.

Syntri prepares the work. Engage is a direction for rep-initiated, approved execution inside Syntri, released channel by channel only when certified. Most of it is not available today.

Scope and status

What Engage covers, and what it never is.

The status column is the honest part: it separates the two pieces that exist from the ones that are planned or still a concept.

  1. DraftPrepared from account evidence.
  2. Rep reviewsEdited and approved by the rep.
  3. Rep sendsOne message, from the rep’s connected mailbox.
  4. ReceiptWhat was sent, when and why.

Release principles

Execution earns its place, one channel at a time.

These principles decide whether a channel ships at all. None of them is negotiable for speed.

  • Rep-initiated

A person starts every send and every call.

  • One at a time

Single approved actions, never batches fired by software.

  • Certified per channel

Each channel ships only after implementation, certification and approval.

  • Receipts by default

What was sent, when, by whom and why, kept with the account.

Your existing stack

Prepared in Syntri. Executed where you choose.

Teams value does not depend on Engage. Territory, handoffs, research and coaching work alongside whatever engagement platform your team already uses.

Keep your tools

Use Syntri for territory, prioritization, research and drafts, and copy the reviewed work into the engagement platform you already run.

Add Engage later

Where a certified channel fits, a rep could review and send from Syntri with a receipt kept on the account. Evaluated channel by channel.

Questions

Engage questions, answered plainly.

Is Syntri Engage available?

Engage is an optional direction, not a product you can buy today. Two pieces exist: Blitz Mode logs call outcomes for individual reps, and Teams workspaces can send a single approved message from a connected Gmail account. Everything else listed is Planned or Concept.

Is Blitz Mode a dialer?

No. Blitz Mode keeps one account and its conversation guide in view during a focused block and lets the rep log the outcome. It does not place calls. Rep-initiated browser calling is a Concept.

Do we have to replace our engagement platform?

No. Syntri prepares the work; you can keep executing it in your existing tools. Engage would only add certified Syntri-native execution where it fits your workflow.

Will Syntri send messages automatically?

No. Any send is a single message a rep reviews and sends from their own connected mailbox. Autonomous or mass sending is not offered.

How would compliance work?

Suppression, opt-out handling and engagement receipts are part of the concept and would be required before any channel is released. They are not available today.
