Ask Syntri · Syntri Command

Agents that prepare the work. People who decide.

Ask Syntri answers questions in Teams workspaces today. Syntri Command, in development, carries bounded missions from a goal to a review queue, and stops at a human decision every time.

No live execution, provider response or contact discovery is shown on this page.

Two ways to work

Ask a question, or run a bounded mission.

Both use authorized workspace information. The difference is scope and durability: a question gets an answer; a mission produces prepared work that waits for review.

Run Mission In development

A durable, multi-step mission for bounded research and preparation, persisted so it can be reviewed, resumed and audited.

  • Readable plan before it runs
  • Spend limit and scope set by a person
  • Ends in a review queue, never a send

Goal to review

Six stages. One approval boundary.

Select a stage to see which role acts, what it produces and the boundary it cannot cross. The examples use the same fictional accounts as the territory simulation.

Choose a mission stage

Human approval boundary

You

State a bounded goal.

A person describes what to prepare and the limits: which accounts, how many, which channels, and what it may spend.

Produces
A mission request with explicit scope.
Boundary
Nothing starts until the request is in scope.

Example request

Prepare first-touch drafts for three Tier 2 logistics accounts in my territory that changed leadership this quarter.

  • 3 accounts max
  • Email + LinkedIn
  • Spend limit set
  • My territory only

Navigator

Turn the goal into a readable plan.

Navigator interprets the request and lays out the approved steps, so you can see what will happen before it runs.

Produces
A step-by-step plan with estimated cost.
Boundary
Requests outside policy are declined, not improvised.
  1. 1Select candidates from your territory against the ICP
  2. 2Research leadership change and supporting evidence
  3. 3Identify one relevant person per account
  4. 4Prepare one email and one LinkedIn draft each
  5. 5Check evidence, policy and cost, then queue for review

Scout + Analyst

Find candidates. Gather the evidence.

Scout identifies companies that match your configured ICP. Analyst researches them and records the business evidence and its source.

Produces
Accounts with evidence and the reason each one fits.
Boundary
Evidence is cited; gaps are marked unknown.
  • Corvane LogisticsNew operations leader announcedExample source · press release
  • Tidewater PortExpansion of a regional hubExample source · company news
  • Juniper TransitLeadership change not confirmedMarked unknown

Finder

Identify the right people.

Finder looks for relevant people through permitted sources and labels how far each contact detail is verified.

Produces
People to consider, with verification status.
Boundary
It never invents a person. Unverified details stay labelled.
  • VP Operations · CorvaneRole confirmed from a public sourceEmail not verified · drafting only
  • Director, Network Planning · TidewaterRole found in a saved contactEmail not verified · drafting only

Writer

Prepare drafts grounded in the evidence.

Writer prepares email and LinkedIn drafts that rely on the recorded evidence, for a person to edit.

Produces
Editable drafts that cite what they use.
Boundary
Drafts only. Nothing is sent from a mission.

Draft email · Corvane Logistics

Congratulations on the new operations role. When a network changes leadership, the first quarter is usually when coverage plans get revisited…

Uses: leadership announcement (example source)

Auditor + You

Check the work. Then a person decides.

Auditor checks evidence quality, constraints, policy and cost, and flags anything that is not ready. You approve, edit or discard each draft.

Produces
A review queue with every flag explained.
Boundary
Approval is explicit, per item, and expires if left.
  • Every claim cites recorded evidence
  • Within account and channel limits
  • Contact email not verified
  • Estimated cost within the limit you set

Your decision: approve, edit or discard. Approving a draft does not send it.

The six roles

What each role does, and never does.

Roles are logical responsibilities inside one mission, not independent bots. All six are in development.

Agent roles: responsibility, boundary and status

Guardrails

Supervision is the design, not a setting.

These constraints are part of the mission architecture. They are why a mission ends in a review queue instead of an outbox.

  • Bounded scope

Accounts, channels and territory are set before a mission starts.

  • Spend limits

An estimated cost is shown in the plan and capped by the limit you set.

  • Cited evidence

Every claim in a draft points to recorded evidence; gaps are marked unknown.

  • Verification labels

Unverified contact details are labelled for drafting only.

  • Explicit approvals

Each draft is approved, edited or discarded by a person; approvals expire.

  • No sending

A mission prepares work. Sending is a separate, human action outside the mission.

Questions

Agent questions, answered plainly.

Is Syntri Command available?

No. Run Mission and the six agent roles are in development. The architecture, contracts and schemas exist, but missions are not available in any plan or workspace today.

What is the difference between Ask Syntri and Run Mission?

Ask Syntri is conversational help in Teams workspaces: you ask, it answers using authorized workspace information and supported read and draft tools. Run Mission is a planned, durable multi-step workflow for bounded research and preparation, with spend limits and explicit approvals.

Will agents send emails or contact prospects on their own?

No. Missions are designed to prepare drafts for human review. Approving a draft does not send it, and no mission contacts anyone autonomously.

Where does contact information come from?

Finder is designed to use permitted sources only and to label how far each contact detail is verified. It never invents a person, and live discovery stays disabled until provider and data-processing approvals are complete.

Can a mission run indefinitely in the background?

No. Missions are bounded by scope, account count, channels and an estimated cost limit that a person sets, and they stop at an approval checkpoint.

Does Ask Syntri remember conversations?

We do not promise conversation retention. Ask Syntri answers from authorized workspace information; what is stored, and for how long, is confirmed during the evaluation.
